This term is new to me and I find it very intriguing. I have for some years personally known many War Brides and I in fact owe my existence in Canada from the help of a War Bride. The electrician I was apprentice too in England was in Carberry as part of the Commonwealth Air Training plan and told me many tales of his experiences, but I never realized that many of the Fly Boys returned to find the loved ones that they had met at the many socials organized for them while training here. It is to my delight that the CATP Museum has published these stories gathered from across the country by Judy Kozar, and they are for sale at the Museum.
