United Breaks Guitars: One man's Youtube fight against United Airlines

I saw this story about a young musician who's guitar was being tossed around by airline crew and he saw it. When he found his $3500 guitar broken he tried to get compensation from the airline. After months of being passed from one "We can't help you" to another, he told the last agent that he'd write and produce video's for 3 songs about his experience and make sure the whole world sees them.
He posted the first song on Monday. It has over 500,000 views already.
