Park Avenue

When did Park Avenue become a race track? I don't know about other blocks on Park Avneue but from 18th Street to 13th Street is absolutely terrible. I live kiddy corner from the Glacier Car wash and even people coming out of the car wash squeal their tires and don't even look for traffic before entering the street. This just amazes me since there are kids crossing the street all the time going to Play Time. PEOPLE PLEASE SLOW DOWN AND PAY ATTENTION!!
