PLEASE Respect Tow Truck Operators
8/30/2009 at 6:39 PM
I would like to inform drivers that tow truck operators are people too, that have familys and friends. My boyfriend almost got hit on the highway yesterday doing a call. People need to learn to move over and give them room to work. Manitoba is the only province that doesn't have a law for motorist to slow down and move over, but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't. People tend to think that tow truck operators are horrible people because they tow your vehicle away well let me tell you something your the person that parked where your not suppose to and he is just doing his job. He doesn't get to pick and chose what calls he goes on. But when you treat them like crap and bash them remember who you are going to call when your car ends up in the ditch or you lock your keys in your car, or it won't start. My boyfriend loves his job because he loves helping people so next time you see yellow amber lights flashing slow down and move over. I would like him to come home to our two beautiful girls. Thank You.
