    Are you talking about filters/pumps for ponds that are a backyard water feature? If so, maybe The Green Spot or Alternative Landscaping would be able to help you - these are the first two that come to mind but perhaps other landscaping companies would be able to help.

    We ordered a new pond pump on Home Depot website this year. It was the cheapest one that size we could find.

    also try Lindenburg Seeds on princess . He used to carry a selection of pumps .

    Pond pumps and filters

    I was in Canadian Tire lately and they do have some pumps and pond equipment there. In with the seasonal stuff and right when you come in the door and just a few isles down on right.  
    I find greenspot to have the most variety and knowledgeable staff but do ask for someone in that department.
