what is the name of flower that grows along the roads mostly ditches yellow in color ? and there is another plant I noticed it look like it is frosted that grows along side yellow flowers .

Yellow ones could just be canola flowers seems to be lots along highway this time of year.
Frosted leaves you describe could be milkweed.

The yellow flowers that you're asking about are probably Golden Rod. Not sure about the frosted ones.

Yellow Sweet Clover or Sow Thistle are two more possibilities. Not sure about the frosted ones.
