pond repair

l spent about 6 hours getting our pond up and running on saturday,put the water in ,got the pump going,added the plants,and when l got up sunday,and the dam thing was empty !!!(good thing l never put the fish in ). the hard plastic liner has a hole in the bottom corner,has anyone had this happen,and any ideas on how to repair it ? thanks
