Legal or not?

I thought I should find out before I do this so I don't get sent to the big house. There are a bunch of daisy's growing in the ditch alongside a highway just out of Brandon. I would like to dig up a small clump and plant them in my yard. Is that legal, or should I wait until it's dark out. Haha.
