The Health Challenge and support!

I know there have been other threads on losing weight on here, this is a good community and maybe we can support each other on weight loss.
So feel free to state your current situation and goals.
First off what changes do you need to make? How much weight would you relaistically like to lose?
On May 2 or three months from now we can report on our progress and change so far to keep us motivated.
Here's my situation. I am of average healthy weight with athletic build for my height. However I ended up gaining five pounds on eating chocolate alone this year so far and would like to lose ten pounds and keep it off. Not out of vanity but for health as my BMI is creeping upward. Also I would like to fit better in my clothes and slim down on the middle.
My goal in these three months is to realistically lose 7 pounds by eating less chocolate, snacking less and upping my physical activity once again. I don't want to be super skinny though gain back muscle I once worked so hard for. I am looking forward to what I can do for my health and fitness level in these next three months so good luck to everyone wanting to make some permanent positive changes in the next while.
