Latest Weight Loss Diet from Ohio State University

My female friend was sharing with me this diet she found on pages 18 and 19 of the January 4, 2009 issue of Woman's World.
You take 2 tsp. of SAFFLOWER OIL per day.
You can purchase this at Superstore, right beside the main oils.
I already went there and got mine.
It only costs over $5.23 per bottle, I believe and it is safe and natural.
"Safflower oil outsmarts heart trouble, helps stop strokes and targets cholesterol."
"The OSU team found that safflower oil increases production of adiponectin, a hormone that signals the body to use fat for fuel."
