As per email received, these guys are hoping to setup shop in Brandon though as yet dont have a franchisee lined up.  
 
After little holiday in Paris I’m thinking Brandon needs to get closer to one "boulangerie" per block, and adding these guys and Chez Angela would get us a little closer to that target  
Was in a Cobs out West and feel their concept would do well here plunked into an accessible 18th St unit.

Mix of breads and pastries. I kinda like it as a pairing with a place like MM Meats.  
 
Don’t really remember re pricing but I’m lightly described as “thrifty” and bought quite a few things I don’t remember seeing everything on the list on their website so not sure how they decide what’s avail at what location and/or on what day.  
 
Also interested to see what the Chez Angela folks do with their full space which sounds like it’s opening pretty soon.

Cobs is a very good bakery.. especially their artisan products!  
 
Hopefully they can find someone with that much cash, and liquid assets in Brandon.

Haven’t had cobs but chez Angela is soooooo good! Excited for the storefront
