    Hey I tried airag years ago and liked it and since I've moved to Manitoba I've been looking for some, asked to order it through liquor stores and what not with no luck. Does anyone have any lines or connections that I might be able to purchase some? It doesn't HAVE to be mares milk I'd be willing to try cow if that's an issue in canada..(?)

    I've tried kumis in South America. I found it to taste like a bitter yogurt.  
     
    My husband is from South America and he loves my homemade, unsweetened yogurt because he says it tastes like kumis.  
     
    If you can't find any, I can send you my recipe.
