If you're not coming in on a Sunday, two farm kids in the strip mall at 34th and Victoria Ave has an awesome selection. They are not open on Sundays, however.
Otherwise, Superstore would be a go-to place, although the new Sobey's in the south end likely has a good selection too as they have quite an expanded specialty food section.
