I work in EMS and stopped in the other day for a late lunch. The size of the line worried me a bit but we moved to the order counter pretty fast. The order taker made the first good impression. She was fast and efficient while being friendly and helpful. The best surprise was when the floor manager brought out the drinks and told my partner and I that they were moving our order to the front of the line - not expected or necessary but a nice gesture for sure and greatly appreciated. Our take-out bags even had a nice note on them. The burgers were hot, fresh and tasted great.

As it shows in the buzz post, Wayback Burgers is located at 1240 18th Street, Unit B in Brandon.

Well, again if you read the article it says delivery will be available via Skip the dishes starting Sunday. A quick look on STD and it is not listed yet. Give it a day or two and I'm sure you'll be able to have your burger delivered.

I know the initial plan was to have delivery starting Sunday and that that was going to happen ahead of delivery through Wayback’s website and app. As mentioned it doesn’t look like either are in place yet. The place has been crazy busy (even in the middle of the afternoon on days I’ve driven by) and would start by guessing that’s a big part of it... I have an inquiry in and will update if I learn more about what plans are!

The burgers are made to order, fresh off the grill at the time you order them. They do not have any premade burgers sitting in a warmer. As a result, orders take a bit longer than normal fast food, which makes a drive through window a problem. Quality takes time, and a drive though needs speed.

Well, IMO, they are the best year round burger in Brandon! I still prefer Tasties over them, but they are only in the summer. Ate in, made the order, went and sat down. They bring your order to you, which is a nice touch! I had the double bacon, and chili cheese fries, both were excellent. Also had a very good milk shake. considering what we had, at just over $40 (my wife had a similar order), very good value for the money. Speed for a made to order burger was very good as well!

Burger was good. Poutine and bacon cheese fries could use more toppings. Milkshake was too sweet for me.  
 
We got it to go so probably would have been better to eat there so things were more fresh.  
 
Will be back to try other things on the menu
