We are coming to Brandon this afternoon (Monday July 24), we would like to eat at a food truck somewhere. We went to one that had pulled pork, brisket and poutine once but can't remember the name of it. Does anyone know what it is called and where in brandon they might be?

There's a food truck in the parking lot at Staples and Canadian Tire that has fantastic burritos and other Mexican food.

Pretty sure the one you are remembering is called "sauced and smoked".  
Or maybe "smoked and sauced".  
Or something like that...  
 
Last time I saw them was last year, near Tory's Auto Repair, on Richmond near 17th st east.  
Food was excellent, haven't spotted them this year yet.

Indigenous foods is open, they are somewhere. They travel to different events.  
 
Here in Brandon, they are the cooks who work in the food trucks at least.

However, there is a bunch of festivities happening at the river bank i believe this weekend, there may be some there.
