Let's Talk Turkey

SORRY FOLKS THIS TURKEY IS ALREADY GONE:
I have about a 12 to 15 lb frozen turkey (and a few other food items) I would like to give to the Soup Kitchen (but it is closed right now). At least I would like to give this 'bird' to a needy organization or other (one, who is in need). I've asked a couple of people and found that a turkey is not as desireable to many families (most don't like white and its too big to cook etc.). I also have kind of a dilemma (I cannot deliver it due to immobility) and no one is responding to picking it up. Don't get me wrong, I will GIVE the turkey to a friend or family BUT I'd really like the soup kitchen or somewhere that will eat the bird AND make soup with the remains (I know that might sound weird). Anyway, I am putting this out into the Universe in hopes of a solution.
