Hey everyone,  
 
Im starting this thread out of frustration and a little fear for your (you as the public) safety.  
 
As a member of the hospitality industry, we accomodate guests who sometimes have severe allergies to food.  
 
I recently dealt with an angry guest who was rather upset that a food item that was brought to them contained something that they were severely allergic to.  
 
 
This should never happen, and if the guest's server had been made aware of the allergy, the establishment could have made accomodations for that guest.  
 
Please Please Please,  
 
If you have allergies, especially severe ones, please let yours server know! Nobody ever wants to serve someone their last meal. We do not know your medical history. I have yet to meet an establishment that wont go out of their way to ensure that food is safe for a guest to eat.  
 
Its your health, so please help us make sure you are safe, and will be back to enjoy another meal soon!
