What do you spend on groceries?

I'm wanting to hear from a family of four or five, mom's and dad's who budget, if you care to share what you spend on groceries in a month?
I'd like to get an idea what's 'out there' in terms of spending on groceries and what's reasonable, when feeding a family of 4 or 5? Like can you feed your family on $300 or do you spend more close to $600?
What's the average out there?
