Lots of us miss food or crave food. Sometimes a hamburger at a restaraunt far far away that puts a special something into it that makes it perfect, or a meal thats exotic that you can't find anywhere else, or just craving something badly. What food do you miss/crave?  
 
For me, I'm craving a Quebec style poutine, fresh squeeky cheese curds, fresh fries, and a light gravy sauce. I've tried to make my own, but it doesn't compare to a real Quebec poutine. New York fries is the best to a real poutine I'll ever have in Manitoba, nothing wrong with it, but it just doesn't have this je ne sais quoi (ie fresh squeeky curds).
