As I read with interest, a conversation with regards to aquiring the recipe for the Pizza Place, I am here today to set the record straight on what is and what isn't with regards to the sauce. First of all, the sauce is a "secret" to the Pizza Place franchisor. In other words, he, Steve Logan, is the only one who knows of the recipe. Secondly, the sauce was always made on premise at each individual store with the secret ingreidients or and spice packs. Up untill a few months ago they did decide to have it made in bulk as the franchise units were growing and this would stream line the making and ordering process. But, the consistancy and quality was suspect so they fanchisor order all the stores to start making their own again. Lastly, Pizza Place has a policy in place that they offer 100% saticfaction guarenteed and will replace the product if a customer is not saticfied. They will replace and pick up the original order. Also just so everyone knows, should anyone have a concern with an order and not be satified when calling in a concern, they should contact the owners of each restaurant at thier earliest convenience to disscuss. I know that they will make it right.  
 
In closing and as a point of information, the pepperoni, chesse and sauce has been the same for over 45 years. But good luck in getting the recipe for the sauce.
