Her name is chef Maria something... Can't remember she moved her from Mexico in 2002 I believe and is an experienced chef. I read it somewhere here but now can't find it.  
 
After read this I want to tell you who is Maria...it's my fiend, she was a cook at the Mexican Chilli, she's not a chef and she doesn't pretend to be a chef.She came in 2002 to worked at Maple leaf before working at Mexican chilli. Some many things happened in that restaurant. I did work in that place too.  
Maria Bonilla is her name and she is a good cook.  
I was a cook at Mexican Chilli.  
Tell me something how the owner pretend to open a Mexican reaturant when he is from India and he doesn't know nothing about our Mexico and our food and the firt cook was from Guanajuato, Mexico, the second cook was from Mexico, city and the last was from India?
