This was mentioned briefly in another thread a few weeks ago...  
Going by the job ad below, US chain Five Guys Burger and Fries is making Brandon one if it's first forays into the Canadian market:

There was a rumour that they were going into the old Arby's location on 18th, but that location still looks to have a "for lease" sign in front of it.. so not sure how much truth there is to that particular rumour.  
 
Does anyone know anything more?
