bad food bad service what would you do

. My daughter and I had chance to go for Tea and dessert at a local stop. We had been there before and enjoyed it thoroughly. Today we found it had changed ownership.The sevice was terribly slow the waitress was shakey and nervous. The menu was limited and utterly changed. It took forever to get our drinks and even longer for our dessert. The desserts had fairly nice presentation. If only they tasted as good as they looked.when we were served the waistress nealy dumped the wholetray and did drop a spoon on the floor. My daughter picked it up and the waitress uses the napkin on the tray to wip it off. She then places napkin she used to wipe the spoon off on the table by my plate along with the spoon. I was floored WTF? I actually looked around to see if I was on candid camera or something. She then goes on to say .OH I guess I should get you anew one...YAH THINK? Well I said dont worry about it I dont need it anyway. We ate but didnt finish as the food was not great and I will leave it at that. Then Idont get a bill ,I go up to pay and am told the bill is 14.00 something or other . I was floored I just paid and left.I was so shocked by the whole thing,I couldnt even get up enough where with all to launch a complaint. Now I am home I am baffled why I didnt. Its kind of funny .I feel like I just stepped out of an episode of Seignfeld
