Last night I went out and bought all of the ingredients to make a pumpkin cheesecake, because I'm doing the supper this year. Because our society is becoming more familiar with buying larger quantities.....I have enough stuff to make several pumpkin cheesecakes.
Tomorrow, I will be trashing my kitchen to make this pumpkin cheesecake. I thought that maybe someone out there would enjoy one as well. Even if you don't want a whole cake (they are big) you may want to split one with another family.
