Trying to find a "milk steamer".. where?

So lately I have become really addicted to the milk steamers at Forbidden Flavours. And then I started thinking.. this is a really simple concept I can make it at home!
Now my problem.. where the heck can you buy just a milk steamer? Not a frother, but a steamer. All I am finding online is frothers, or whole espresso machines. Since I don't like espresso it seems like a waste of $250 just to get that little wand on the side.
Any ideas? I am really excited since these are pretty decently healthy compared to most hot drinks out there. And addicting too.. back to Forbidden Flavours I go
