I need a little help/advice about where in Brandon these days I could buy one of those traditional, made-to-order, rectangle sheet/slab-style birthday cakes like the ones Dutch Mill Bakery used to bake & sell.  
 
You know, the ones that you could basically get custom-made for you. Not just with decorations & designs, but also you could get either jam or custard between two layers. (And also I'd prefer the old-school sugar icing as opposed to the creamier butter-type icing that seems to be more prevalent these days.)
