Mix it up

If you eat yogurt, add variations of fruit and gronola, veggies dip in low fat dip or hummus.
Hard boiled eggs are good, but so are deviled eggs. I like cheese and crackers, with turkey sausage too. I snack on olives and pickles a lot.
Cottage cheese with salt and pepper. I also make tuna salad with low fat mayo and celery, bring it to add onto crackers, so good.
Crispy minis, or low fat salty snacks are good for bad cravings. Unsulted nuts are a big winner for me. Also love trail mix and dried fruit.
Sometimes just multigrain toast is a good snack, usually with low sugar homemade jam or low sugar or natural peanut butter.
