hi i am just wanting to know if people here would be interested in the concept of having a private chef cook at dinner parties for them. To create fabulous dishes for you and your guests and to clean up every thing for you after?

sounds it will be a high cost to it too. If guests aren't happy with my free food preparation for them they can eat somewhere, eat at their house or bring their own preparation.

I think there is a market for that in Brandon for sure! I've been to several dinner parties with guest chefs. Just need effective advertising.

The holidays are approaching and this may be a time to pump up your advertising, I think many people are stressed during the holidays, and to have a stress free dinner party sounds lovely. I think this would be an awesome Anniversary idea too. I love to cook, and don't know if I would use the full on Chef experience, but some lighter catering may be something I would be interested in. Good luck in your venture.

This comment isn't meant to be critical of Brandon but you are looking at a small niche market where advertising is going to do minimal good except for at the very start. Advertising is expensive and the majority of your business is likely to come from word of mouth. A booth at the home show might be the most effective big ticket advertising. That is just my opinion.

Personally would use this service. I would love this service, if the food and service was very good !!
