Blu or Brown's I'd say - Alberts is delicious but fairly small and you'd have to speak fairly quietly.

......Blu all the way.

Albert's is better for every reason except atmosphere. So I'd say Blü.

We enjoy both places for different reasons. For your needs, I'd say blu for sure though, due to space.

Does it HAVE to be Albert's or Blu? If you want to impress your out-of-town manager and the big boss, why not take them to Remington's, fine dining and beautifully decorated for the season.

Would make a great impression, really nice ambiance especially for a cozy but still a bit bling party.

I'm not sure about Blu but I know Remington's has private rooms which are a nice touch for a Christmas Party. When I went to one there years ago we had a private room and a waitress designated just to us... it was great!

Pizza and beer at your place.Show him how cheap you are with expenses and you're not one to waste the company's money.

I ended up going with my original choice of Alberts and have to say I'm impressed, and the party (all 5 of us including 2 managers lol) seemed to enjoy it.  
 
I kept reading about the prime rib so I figured I had to try it, and it was a beast, it took up at least half to 2/3rds of the plate and so tender and tasty.  
 
I probably could have gotten away with the princess cut but what self respecting guy orders the princess anything, hell ordering the queen instead of the king was awkward enough :p  
 
As to limiting it to alberts or blu, that was simply because I've never been to either, I've been to remingtons and it was fine and the keg just doesn't hold any appeal to me anymore for some reason.  
 
Also I can't remember the name of it but that flaming cheese appetizer is delicious.  
 

Well wherever you went, glad it was a success!!

Every time I have had a group of 6 of more and went to blu I was disappointed with the quality of the food. 3 times I tried and 3 times I was disappointed.  
 
Prime rib isn't that hard to get right but wrong every time. I won't go back there  
 
That being said the serving staff and bartenders are excellent

I'd pick Albert's for the food but for a group outing, not the best choice. Nothing wrong with Blu but I just haven't loved the meals I've had there.  
 
I have always had great food and service at Remington's.
