Hey does anyone know where I can get pink curing salt, eg insta-cure 1?

I've checked superstore and sobers. It's used for curing bacon.

You could try asking at one of the places that have a butcher on staff and makes in store sausages, or maybe East40 packers, I have looked for it before, and either I'm looking in the wrong places or just haven't put in enough effort.
Hope someone does come on and has an answer.

Thanks for the link, I have bought a couple of bellies at East40 but never asked about buying curing salt from them, and it's not like I wasn't told. I do know someone who would have it but because he's in the meat business feel that it's wrong to ask, sounds silly but that's me.

It is not available anymore in Canada. I was making some sausage last year and was trying to buy some at Canada Compound in Winnipeg and this is what they told me.
