the way I do it is spread some Hellmans Mayo on the chicken breast, sprinkle on as much Parm petals as you want - bake - then for gravy I make a Dijon Mustard gravy - pour water, cornstarch, dijon mustard in small jar, shake - and pour beside chicken while it still bakes - wait till bubbles, Enjoy.
I also make my chicken sometimes using Salsa - lime juice - and cheese - coat breast with Salsa, squeeze some lime juice on it - coat with as much cheese as you want, Bake it . . . so easy and good.
