I'm wanting to make Chicken Parmesan but I have no clue how to make it. I would like to have the coating on the chicken and then the sauce and cheese. But what do I need to make the coating on the chicken?  

I would like a simple way to make it. But would try any recipes. I looked online but jon that I like.

When I bread chicken breast I roll it in flour first then dip it in egg then roll it again in either bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs.

Do you want a crispy smooth coating or a coarser coating? What spices do you like ? The best way to start is with those basic questions than we can better help you

I would like it the way they make it. But I like crispy.

I normally mix some olive oil and garlic and coat the chicken in that. Then on a plate have half seasoned breadcrumbs and half parmesan cheese mixed together and coat it in that.. Its really good.

I get original shake and bake, defrost the chicken breast, then coat the chicken with the shake and bake. You put it in the oven for the recommended time that's on the box. Then just make your pasta, and favourite pasta sauce. Once the chicken is cooked I put a bit of the pasta sauce on the chicken, and add a little cheese I put the chicken back in the oven till the cheese melts, and then put your pasta/ sauce on a plate and put the chicken on. Usually takes 30-40 minutes to make.

You can buy extra crispy shake and bake as well and do the same thing! It's very easy and simple to make. Oh also for easy clean up just put tin foil on a baking sheet. If you leave the chicken to defrost on the counter rather then defrosting it in the microwave I find the chicken becomes more juicy as well  

the way I do it is spread some Hellmans Mayo on the chicken breast, sprinkle on as much Parm petals as you want - bake - then for gravy I make a Dijon Mustard gravy - pour water, cornstarch, dijon mustard in small jar, shake - and pour beside chicken while it still bakes - wait till bubbles, Enjoy.  
 
I also make my chicken sometimes using Salsa - lime juice - and cheese - coat breast with Salsa, squeeze some lime juice on it - coat with as much cheese as you want, Bake it . . . so easy and good.
