1. Banana, peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, Greek yogurt, milk of your choice (I like cashew milk). 2. Frozen cherries, chocolate protein powder, yogurt and milk. 3. Kiwi, strawberries, vanilla powder, yogurt and milk. You can add spinach, flax, hemp, chia seeds ect to most smoothies without altering taste. I'm an experimenter and these are my go-to recipes!
