I've really enjoyed cooking with it, but I'm new to cooking with a cast iron skillet. Is there a lid that works for a cast iron skillet?
There are skillet recipes that call for the skillet to be covered while simmering on the stove top, but I have no way to do that with my cast iron right now. Curious how others do it.
Do you have a lid, or do you use a different skillet for those type of recipes?
