I''m exhausted for searching for Westman''s best poutine, what''s your favourite poutine in the region?  
 
I''m looking for something that has a good combo of fresh cut fries, a solid beef/poultry-based gravy that compliments everything, and fresh cheese curds that give the dish that *squeak squeak* everyone loves.  
 
The hops from Bothwell are incredibly outdated by the time it gets to Brandon, so there''s no squeak. Some Hutterite colonies have fresh curds, but you have to look out for them.  
 
What''s your favourite poutine? My current favourite poutine in Brandon is Komfort Kitchen''s - the ingredients are fresh, cooked well, and a liberal amount of curds.  
 
PS: Shredded cheese will never compare to fresh room temperature curds. Shredded cheese will just be sloppy, while curds will snap back at you.

Which Hutterite colony location can we get fresh cheese curds? I didn't know I could get some from them instead driving south of Winnipeg.  
In my opinion best poutines are from east.
