Fishing in Westman

Me and the other want to take a fishing trip tomorrow, and I was thinking about going out to Wasagaming to hit the beach for a bit. But from the map of Clear Lake, it looks like you need a boat to get out to the fishing grounds.
Are there any good fishing spots that you can get to without a boat, and within an hour from Brandon?
