I am a soon to be first time mom and I am starting to do the pre-baby shopping. My first thoughts yah, very exciting: however, I cannot beleive once I was standing in the isle at the store how overwhelmed I was. So I guess I am looking for advice. What works, what doesn't, there are so many brands now. Do you go with Pampers, Huggies, etc for diapers. Do you go with Johnson, Gerber, Dove, No Name, etc for soaps, shampoos and lotions. I have asked friends and the answer I keep getting is find out what works for you. Now I don't even know where to start, never mind what works. Needless to say I went and looked at all the cute clothes and bought none of the above listed products.
