Just wondering how much is reasonable to pay for additional parking in a residential area of Brandon? Are there typically different fees for winter, what about having electrical? Any help is appreciated. Thx.

When we were renting an apartment at the complex. They charged us $20 for 1 car and $30 for 2 cars. Prices are per month

Rented 6 yrs ago.. parking never went up in price every year. Parking was outdoor with plug in, all yr round.
