Two places to try. Enns equipment is the john Deere dealer. Second would be fort Harry industries. They did at one time order direct from quality chain in BC. You could order by phone by simply giving them the tire size. Though in person would be best. Quite a few different designs. Some are pretty aggressive. They can quote both price and freight charges.  
 
They have(had) access to more than one supplier. Each FGI shop has its own fave. I think Regina favours a Calgary one. You could try the local tire shops but I think they would simply order to size. I doubt anyone has a set on hand. Quality used to make same day or next. So about a week to get by ground.

I have some for salle depending on the tire size.

the width is 18" and the length is 176"
