Which one would be most reliable ?

We are on our second one. Our first one was a Canadian Tire Branded (Maximum) and it was great but over time and depending on use they do get weak. We are using a Dewalt one now but only because it was on sale or we would have bought the same one. It is important to get the 1400 series for jump starting a car.....I cannot remember why but it was advised to us when we got ours. Something about cold cranking amps.  
We use our for winter safety as well as summer safety.... we keep it in the boat all summer. We have boosted others peoples boats with it and lots of cars. We do have CAA but we have been able to help other people and CAA doesn't help in the middle of a lake!!!

Noco is a good brand they sell them at Canadian tire. Usually go on sale for just over $100. Make sure you get a lithium one as they are way smaller and will hold a charge longer and better.

I just had to toss out my old jumper pack because it was no longer accepting a charge. Instead I'm just going to use the battery from my RV and my booster cables if I need to at home and rely on CAA for roadside boosts.  
 
The problem with those jumper packs is you can't use the cables for a regular boost, you can't recondition the battery with a good quality charger and it's not much use for anything else. A second battery in a case can work for lots of things besides boosting.
