Does anywhere in town do free stone chip repair in Brandon? TIA

I believe if you carry a $200 (or less) deductible, Stone chip repairs are covered through MPI. If not, it will cost around the $40.00 mark.  
Most body shops in town provide this service. I have gone to Westman Dent & Glass.

Hometown Autoglass across from MPI. Don’t take it to those guys in the various parking lot booths. One guy messed mine up.

Those mobile places don’t do it for free anymore. Cost my mom $150 and it didn’t even take it all out

a 200.00 plus and 200.00 now, you need the plus coverage I believe for glass.

Check your autopac insurance you need to have the right deductible to get it free.  
The policies have really changed this year as previous OP said and not just for glass replacement.  
I just renewed mine be sure to read new policy and ask questions. I dropped deductible to 200plus from what I usually get each year to get what I needed covered.  
 
I’ve had stone chip done at parking lot no issues, this year already got it done free a car dealer booked appointment for dealer.

Should also add that getting a chip filled doesn't make it disappear. It might reduce the appearance slightly, but it will still be there. What filling does is reduce the likelyhood of it spidering out into a crack.  
 
To answer the OP, pretty much any auto body or auto glass place does it. Pick your favourite. We've used both Hometown and Advance. Like previously mentioned, it will depend on what insurance level YOU have.

Piston Ring sells an inexpensive one use chip repair kit that works good and easily produces quality repairs if you didn’t have coverage.

Those tents in parking lots are not allowed to do stone chip repairs for MPI anymore.
