    Gas Prices in Brandon

    Why are gas prices in the Brandon area so different. They seem to always be variable by up to 10cents or more. One place is 124.9 just to the north of the City and others are in the 134.9 range-that is a BIG difference! How can one sell it at such a lower rate? Thanks for any info.

    Are set by the gas companies. That’s pretty much it . Some will say closer to the refineries the cheaper it is but I’m not certain. It’s just the way it goes now. They will never go and stay to where it was in pre Covid .

    We were in Wpg. Yesterday. Filled up at Petro Canada corner of McGillvery & Keneston  
    Paid ……. 97.9  
    At corner of McGillvery and south perimeter at the Petro Canada price was ….. $1.329  
    We got back to Bdn. And everything was 1.349  
    This afternoon I see it’s $1.299  
    What a absolute a cash grab.
