Unfortunately I received some hail damage on my vehicle. There are only about 10 small dents on my hood and roof. MPI covers hail damage but I would need to pay the $200 deductible. Wondering if anybody out there does paintless dent repair as a side job for a reasonable price?

To be a Debbie downer but the cost to paint less dent remove the dents from your hood and roof will far exceed the $200 deductible. There is a guy from dent worx in winnipeg that comes to brandon frequently but it''s very expensive. I was quoted $1000 to do my hood and roof. It''s very time consuming.

It will cost more to pay privately than go through MPI. You can still get paintless dent repair done and go through insurance. But be warned it will not always turn out smooth as it was before with pdr. I know someone who got it done last year after a hail storm and it wasn't as nice as he thought it would be. There are still creases in some of the dents.

I have family that does this exact work in the states. Most money comes from auto dealers taking in trades. He comes in, assesses the vehicles and provides a quote to fix dents. Average car is about 60-200 bucks average. He is very good at what he does. He already makes over a 6 figure income doing it and if he charged Canadian prices it would double. 99% of the work doesn't involve taking anything apart such as removing interior panels.

I was hoping there was somebody local like that.
