imo all private sales are as is unless the seller makes promises or huge fabricated claims so dont do that and nothing will come back and haunt you lol ( also make sure you are the rightful owner allowed to sell the car for the estate because if you are not that could become an issue, one where you owe the estate i assume you are tho)
for value i have always looked at other adds either on here or winnipeg and saw what similar verticals were going for, if yours needs more repairs then deduct a reasonable amount. look at age, condition, kms features ect to determine this. if you want it sold quick price it low, or price it medium and allow for you to go down a bit in price, and really thats all you b=need to do
