My Mom’s tire guy gave her this item and didn’t tell her what it is. He said he left her a gift on her front seat. She thought she was going to find a calendar or something and found this instead. Can anyone tell us what this is?

Since it's from her tire guy, it's likely some kind of tire strap. It has a handle on it, so kind of looks like it's a strap to make transporting tires easier. Could be wrong, as I've never seen one of these before either, but probably a good guess since it's from a tire guy.

As others have said it looks like an adjustable carry handle for bigger items.

leevalley sells them, in their case they advertise them for carrying multiple lengths of lumber or what not.

In the case of a tire you would unbuckle it and run it thru the center then cinch it up, giving you a handle instead of pinching your fingers in the hub center.

I've been tempted to pick up a couple to carry bigger boxes that don't have handle holes in the box.

It’s a strap that you put around your tire and the handle looking thing is a block that catches snow and gets you unstuck. You can YouTube it. Lots of different options out there.

After a second look. Could be a handle that you use to move around tires if she has a couple sets or something.

It says Mopar on the sides. No tags or other identifying information.

The block is a round foam cylinder, so I don’t think it’s for the outside of the tire for traction.

I agree a luggage or tire strap for carrying stuff was most likely, those were our guesses too. We just wondered if anyone knew for sure what it was. We tried searching online but came up empty.
