positives and negatives

A huge positive is that you’re your own boss and not part of a franchise so you get to keep all of the money you worked so hard for. You usually have to deal with cramped space and extreme heat but a food truck is a fraction of the cost of a restaurant and your mobile so you can go to festivals, fares, concerts, etc. And also keep in mind that it’s seasonal, so expect to sit on your investment for five or six months of the year with it not producing income.
