What do people do when there green bin is full and they have no access to a truck to take bags of yard waste to the dump? Cannot get an extra green bin and no community bins available.

Ask your neighbours if you can use their green bin. You'd be amazed at how many say yes for a favour owed, a six pack, etc. My neighbour has let me use their bin before, and I've always reciprocated with something I know they'd like
