Has anyone from Brandon/westman tried Flix Bus for getting to Winnipeg? Reading reviews for the Flix bus company, there's some pretty scathing responses but it seems to vary on location. Beyond the odd departure/arrival hours, does anyone have comments or advice? Thanks in advance!

I've never even heard of it. I looked at the website.

Where in Winnipeg does it drop you off?  
 
You can use Brandon Air shuttle to get to Winnipeg if you don't have a car.

Who wants to leave at 300am ........ and it does not drop you off at the airport. The location is near HSC

Thanks for the replies! I've already looked into those other options - Air Shuttle only takes passengers for flights or medical appointments, and VDK looked like a good option but out of my budget for the moment.  
 
Looking to go to Winnipeg for occasional, casual/personal visits.  
 
I'm not thrilled of the schedule or location of Flix Bus, but potentially willing to put up with it if the local one actually picks people up on time/nobody gets left behind/the bus is in good condition/etc.

Anyone can take the Brandon Air Shuttle. You don't have to be taking a flight or a medical appointment. Youi can get dropped off or picked up anywhere along Portage  
Ave as far east as St. James Street. They have 4 trips a day(Both leaving Brandon and Returning) during the week or 3 trips on wknds spread out throughout the day

Oh my gosh, I'm not sure how I misunderstood the air shuttle website before. Still mildly curious about Flix Bus, but the air shuttle would definitely be more what I was hoping for price range and quality. Thank you for the info!!
