Owner of Katy's Kookies and Defined Lines Training Studio. weve recently moved our gym to 10 miles west of Brandon. same gym, different location with better service to our clients. I am a 3 x Pro Figure Competitor retired from the stage, but most definitely not from training a variety of amazing people. Some of my clients have been with me for over 10 years and I am very honored to call them friends.  
Our bakery is on 17th street where we manufacture and sell protein bars. You can also find our protein bars at all MB popeyes locations  
I enjoy serving my community by offering my services in the fitness industry to help people of all ages and body types get into the best physical shape not only in body but in spirit. I love my job!
