SEND MESSAGECory KIBILAE

All North American treaties are made with "indians". Indians are not a race of people, they are, according to the Canadian and U.S governments, a lower form of life and not human. The religious beliefs of the immigrants (I say religious so as not to be confused with Christians or Christianity which is biblically based) justified their actions of genocide. We were all made to look like devil worshippers that needed to be converted and saved.

In our court case with Canada and the Province of Manitoba, all legal precedents that are quoted use the terms indian and aboriginal. Again, these are not a valid race of people.

Here's an example.

What if the governments made agreements or treaties with Chinks or Niggers? Would those agreements be valid?

It's laughable but this is the same language except in our case indian is used.

So please try and comprehend what we, as Dakotas, are trying to get across to all the native people. You don't have any rights as a indian or an aboriginal. Your rights exist under your nation as Anishinabe people. The Cree have their rights as Innuwuk people.

By continuing to use the immigrants terms of endearment, all you are doing is validating their superiority over you and I know that isn't how you see yourself, but as a friend, this is how I see your actions.

Stand as sovereign Anishinabe and Innuwuk nations and Canada will have no defence. And I quote the Supreme Court

"There was from the outset, never any doubt that sovereignty, legislative power and indeed the title to the land was vested in the Crown."

By standing sovereign, we are outside of the Canadian legal system and outside of the Canadian constitution.

Canada made agreements with indians not the Anishinabe nation, the Innuwuk nation or any nation.

This is our land.

A treaty is based on peace, friendship and equality. There will never be peace, friendship or equality as long as you believe in a cede, release, surrender and yield clause.

If there is a treaty to be made, then it has to be equal, 50/50. 50% of all natural resource revenue. We don't need land reserved for use by indians. The indian act is a animal farm policy. Put the animals on a game reserve.

This is what you're fighting for? Who's side are you on?
