Returning home to Brandon after 39 years is amazing. By trade I am a Christian Educator and a Quilter but right now I work with 71 Bty 2520 Royal Canadian Army Cadets and thoroughly enjoy the work. Although can it be called "work" when it is so much fun? Volunteering with 26 Field Regiment Royal Canadian Artillery/XII Manitoba Dragoons Museum Inc has been a great learning experience. To sit down at coffee break time and listen to the stories of those who were in World War 2 is amazing or to hear young adults enthusiastic about history is awe-inspiring. I'm also a Presbyterian Minister's wife to a feller who is an Area Minister. The area being Manitoba and NW Ontario. Glenn and I have been married for twenty five years. I can't believe that we've been married that long. My Son is part of 26 Field Regiment RCA Pipes and Drum Band. He has recently applied to be a Reservist with 26 Field Regiment RCA with a speciality in Snare Drumming. (Humm, amusing how both guns and drums go boom....)
